Who Says Breakfast Has To Be Eggs?
Yeah, so one of the most well-respected foods in the Keto diet is eggs. They are a great source of protein and fat with almost no carbs. What more could you ask for? Maybe I would ask to like eggs. I will tolerate them if there is enough other stuff to mask the flavor (and smell).
A couple of weeks ago when we were on vacation visiting some friends in Chicago, he made omelettes for us with spinach, pico, and cheese, and it was so good. So starting last week, I have been making one of these badboys every morning:
This is 2 eggs, cheese, bacon, and pico with half of an avocado on top. I really have eaten one all but 2 days for almost 2 weeks. Today was the second day I ate something else, and it was my favorite!

It was nice because it was so crunchy and had all of my favorite things- cheese, bacon, pico, and avocado. I mean, really… I might make another one for lunch! Hahahaha I’m not joking.
